Terms and Conditions

Share4Share is a marketplace where creators discover social accounts, communicate, and arrange share-for-share (SFS) collaborations. We provide the platform and workflow tools; we do not employ creators or become a party to agreements between them.

We do not guarantee that a collaboration will be completed or produce followers, engagement, revenue, or any other particular result.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You must provide truthful information, have authority to add the social accounts you list, and follow applicable law and each social platform’s rules.

You are responsible for keeping your account and authentication details secure and for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others, use misleading identities, share access without authority, or create replacement accounts to evade enforcement. Contact us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.

Keep profile, category, description, audience statistics, proof, and account ownership information accurate. Do not present purchased or manipulated metrics as genuine. Information you choose to publish in public fields may be visible to marketplace visitors.

Share4Share may make different features and account details available based on a user’s access level. Some usernames, social handles, profile URLs, statistics, and proof may be restricted. Do not try to bypass those restrictions or collect hidden information through technical workarounds.

You decide whether to collaborate and should independently evaluate the other creator, their account, audience, reputation, and proposed terms. Use the SFS workflow to record and review what each side promises before accepting. A collaboration is between its participants, not Share4Share.

Share4Share’s current collaboration tools do not process creator-to-creator payments or guarantee any payment made outside the platform. If you discuss a paid opportunity elsewhere, clarify the terms and use caution before sending money.

Paid plans unlock the same premium collaboration capabilities with different linked SocialAccount limits. The applicable USD price, monthly billing period, account limit, and taxes are shown before purchase. Stripe handles checkout and payment details; Share4Share does not store your full card number.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the displayed recurring charge until cancellation. An admin-issued Share4Share free trial is separate from Stripe billing and does not automatically become a paid Stripe subscription.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancellation is scheduled. Upgrades may require an immediate prorated payment before new benefits take effect. Paid downgrades take effect at the next renewal. You can manage cancellation and renewal from your subscription page; scheduled cancellation retains eligible paid access through the paid period.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where law requires otherwise or an offer expressly says otherwise. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact info@share4share.com. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Share4Share may issue limited, non-transferable promotional access or free-trial links. Their duration, plan, claim limit, and deadline are shown with the offer. A trial ends at its stated expiry or when an authoritative paid subscription begins; failed checkout alone does not end it.

Use the marketplace respectfully and lawfully. We may restrict conduct that harms users or the service.

• No fraud, scams, harassment, threats, stalking, impersonation, or credential requests.
• No malware, phishing, unlawful content, unauthorized scraping, unsolicited bulk messaging, or access-control circumvention.
• No stolen accounts, intellectual-property infringement, or misleading social-account metrics.

Share4Share is independent of the social platforms it supports. You are responsible for their current policies and for any advertising, sponsorship, endorsement, or material-connection disclosures required for your posts. Third-party platforms may remove content or restrict accounts independently of Share4Share.

You retain ownership of the information and media you provide. You grant Share4Share a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service. You must have the rights to submit it. Retention may continue where needed for backups, security, disputes, compliance, or legal obligations.

Our software, branding, designs, and original content are owned by or licensed to Share4Share. These Terms do not transfer them to you. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts of the service without permission.

Messages, SFS requests, evidence, reviews, and disputes are processed to provide the service and protect participants. Do not share passwords, verification codes, or private keys in messages. The platform includes a defined collaboration-dispute process, but we cannot guarantee an outcome or resolve unrelated private financial arrangements.

We may restrict or suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, safety risks, policy violations, unauthorized access, or unlawful conduct. Serious cases may require action without advance notice. Suspension does not erase historical collaboration, billing, or dispute records that we must retain.

If you encounter fraud, impersonation, harassment, or suspicious conduct, use the applicable dispute workflow for an active collaboration or contact info@share4share.com. Provide relevant facts without publicly sharing another person’s sensitive information.

Social platforms, Stripe, email providers, and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their independent actions or availability.

We aim to keep Share4Share reliable, but maintenance, outages, and feature changes may occur. We may update these Terms and give additional notice or seek consent where required by law.

To the extent law permits, the service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, accuracy of every user-provided metric, particular results, or another participant’s performance. Rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Share4Share and its team are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from failed collaborations, social-platform actions, off-platform payments, user disputes, or service interruptions. Any non-excludable liability remains subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, your content, your collaborations, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

The governing jurisdiction remains [Governing Jurisdiction] pending confirmation of Share4Share’s legal operating details. Mandatory legal rights in your location are not waived. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue where possible.
