Section 01
Information we collect
The information we process depends on how you use Share4Share. This includes account identity and login information; creator profile and SocialAccount details; public descriptions, niches, locations, audience statistics and proof; messages, SFS offers, locked agreements, evidence, disputes, reviews, and support inquiries.
We also process subscription and billing status, Stripe identifiers and limited transaction records, session/security data, and technical information needed for operation and abuse prevention. Stripe—not Share4Share—processes full card details at checkout.
Section 02
Public profiles and protected details
Share4Share is a discovery marketplace. Public creator and qualifying SocialAccount fields can appear in search and profile pages. Social handles, profile URLs, detailed statistics and proof have access rules; public/free search does not use hidden identities to reveal a creator. Review your public bio and account descriptions before saving them.
Section 03
Messages and collaboration records
We store messages, SFS requests, agreed account snapshots, fulfillment proof, disputes, and reviews to deliver creator workflows and protect their integrity. Authorized participants and administrators can access information appropriate to their role; private evidence is not made public by the directory.
Section 04
Profile views and analytics
We count profile views from visible visits, exclude an owner’s own authenticated visits, and deduplicate with a short-lived secret-keyed viewer hash. We do not keep the raw IP address or user agent as the profile-view identifier. Creator analytics also summarize existing marketplace activity.
Section 05
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify email, operate the marketplace, deliver messaging and collaboration workflows, process subscriptions, provide support, detect abuse, publish eligible reviews, and analyze service performance. We use an email address for creator updates only after a separate newsletter opt-in and confirmation.
Section 09
Service providers
Providers may process information on our behalf for hosting, databases, media storage, email delivery, payments, fraud prevention, and security. Stripe’s own privacy terms govern information it collects during checkout and billing. We do not sell personal information as a data broker.
Section 10
Legal and safety disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or abuse, resolve security incidents, protect rights and users, or enforce our Terms. Information may also transfer as permitted by law during a business transaction.
Section 11
International processing
Our service providers and users may be in different countries. Information can therefore be processed or stored outside your location and may be subject to lawful access rules there. We take reasonable measures appropriate to the information and provider relationship.
Section 12
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide accounts and marketplace workflows, maintain billing and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Some data may remain temporarily in backups or in another participant’s existing conversation history. Contact and email-delivery records are retained for operational and abuse-prevention purposes.
Section 13
Access, correction, and deletion requests
You can edit supported profile and SocialAccount information in your account. For access, correction, or deletion requests that are not available through the app, email info@share4share.com. We may verify your identity and may retain records where law, safety, security, billing, or dispute obligations require it.
Section 14
Consent and marketing preferences
Where processing depends on your consent, you may withdraw it subject to legal and service constraints. The footer newsletter uses separate express opt-in followed by email confirmation. You can unsubscribe from creator updates without affecting transactional messages.
Section 15
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service can promise absolute security. Protect your password and one-time codes, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Section 16
Privacy incidents
We investigate identified privacy and security incidents and notify users or authorities where applicable law requires it.
Section 17
Children
Share4Share is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide creator accounts to children under 18.
Section 18
Third-party sites and platforms
Links to social platforms and other outside services lead to independently operated websites. Their privacy practices govern your interactions with them.
Section 19
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as the service or legal requirements change, and provide additional notice where required. Share4Share’s legal operator is [Legal Company Name], business mailing address [Business Mailing Address], and governing jurisdiction [Governing Jurisdiction]. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to info@share4share.com.
