Creator trust

Safety Guidelines

Thoughtful checks, clear terms, and strong account security help creators collaborate more safely. Use this guidance whenever you meet a new partner.

Last updated October 2, 2026

Section 01

Verify before you collaborate

Review a creator’s profile, social account, recent content, audience relevance, and published reviews before accepting a request. A large follower count alone does not prove authenticity or predict results.

Section 02

Never share your password

No legitimate SFS requires access to your account. Never give another user your password, email password, two-factor code, recovery code, API key, or wallet recovery phrase. Share4Share staff will not ask you for your password.

Section 03

Watch for impersonation

Someone may impersonate a creator, agency, brand, or Share4Share employee. Verify unusual requests through an established channel, especially if account names, contact details, or payment instructions suddenly change.

Section 04

Be careful with payments

Share4Share does not currently process creator-to-creator payments. If money is discussed outside the platform, clearly record what is being purchased, which account will post, timing, duration, and the price. Be wary of pressure for urgent payment.

Section 05

Avoid irreversible payment scams

Use extra caution if someone requests cryptocurrency, gift cards, wire transfers, or payment to an unrelated person. These methods may offer little recourse if a promise is broken.

Section 06

Keep agreements in writing

Use the SFS workflow to specify the accounts, promotion format, posting time, duration, content requirements, and each side’s responsibilities. Keep meaningful changes in the recorded offer rather than relying on vague promises.

Section 07

Use truthful statistics

Do not misrepresent followers, reach, views, engagement, audience, account ownership, or prior results. Provide accurate evidence where the workflow asks for proof.

Section 08

Do not disguise fake engagement

Purchased followers, bot networks, artificial comments, or manipulated views must not be presented as genuine performance. Material deception may lead to marketplace restrictions.

Section 09

Follow platform rules

Every social platform has its own rules for promotion, endorsements, account activity, and automation. You are responsible for following the current rules of each platform you use.

Section 10

Make required disclosures

If a post involves payment, free products, reciprocal promotion, or another material relationship that legally requires disclosure, make that disclosure. Do not pressure another creator to hide it.

Section 12

Do not download unknown files

Executable files, browser extensions, scripts, and unexpected documents can steal sessions, passwords, or financial information. Open attachments only when you trust their source and purpose.

Section 13

Protect personal information

Share only what a collaboration genuinely requires. Avoid sending home addresses, personal phone numbers, government ID, private financial details, or travel plans through creator messages.

Section 14

Take care when moving off-platform

Keeping early discussions in Share4Share helps preserve a record of terms. If you move to another service, remain alert to identity changes and scams.

Section 15

Recognize common warning signs

Unrealistic results, urgent payment demands, refusal to identify the social account, sudden payment changes, password requests, suspicious links, and screenshots used as the only proof all warrant caution. Several warning signs together are a reason to pause.

Section 16

No harassment or threats

Do not threaten, stalk, extort, blackmail, repeatedly harass, or expose another person’s private information. Serious or immediate threats should be reported to local authorities as well as Share4Share.

Section 17

Respect boundaries

A declined collaboration is not an invitation to keep contacting someone. Do not use additional accounts to evade a refusal or restriction.

Section 18

Agencies and representatives

Only list or negotiate for accounts you are authorized to represent. Do not claim an agency or brand relationship you do not have, and stay within the authority given to you.

Section 19

Secure your creator accounts

Use unique passwords, two-factor authentication, login alerts, and up-to-date recovery methods on your social accounts and Share4Share. Do not reuse the same password everywhere.

Section 20

Report suspicious behavior

For an active Collaboration, use the available problem and dispute process. For fraud, impersonation, phishing, harassment, or another safety concern, contact info@share4share.com with relevant facts and evidence. Do not post another person’s sensitive information publicly.

Section 21

How Share4Share responds

Depending on the facts, Share4Share may review a dispute, hide a review, restrict marketplace access, or suspend an account. Actions depend on the available evidence and applicable policies; no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Section 22

No platform can eliminate every risk

We provide tools for discovery and collaboration, but cannot independently verify every creator, metric, account, or claim. Review information carefully, agree on clear terms, and stop when something does not feel right.
